One Week Anniversary!

Well, I've been on Malaysian Soil for a whole week and I am glad to report no regrets so far. I am still getting my life organized here - got a bank account, a house to organize, a campus to learn, a life to create! It is a busy but wonderful time. I am getting some things organized on my computer so that I can more easily post pictures to facebook etc... I have my room nearly ready - I picked the colors Teal and Brown. It is a dark teal and then I found today - a picture that the last Resident Life assistant Julia, an artist, left for me. It is a beautiful picture of the three crosses on the top of the hill at Calvary... it is framed in dark brown and is teal... it will hang above my bed! I have my 3 clocks ticking in my livingroom, They are set to Malaysian, Canadian and German time. Those of you who are wondering, my dear friend Kristi lives in Germany and since I talk to her every day, it is good to know if I am going to be waking up her household if I call or if she will return an e-mail before she goes to bed etc... You all really need to come here to see this place. It is like I have entered a different world.... More later!
